They are correct. It’s a pampers size 8, with a set of extensions

You used to be able to get what they called "underwear" that looked like that at CVS. They had nifty Velcro tabs that were pretty secure and held as much peepee as I needed them to. But then they went to the kind other stores were selling, pull-ons with a weird tab you could tear loose and tighten the top. I was sad when they quit selling them. This would have been like 15-16 years ago.
