God, EVERYthing is better with a little truffle oil, no?
I've not been classically trained, but I do love to cook. I co-owned a small restaurant for a few years, but that's over ,(never go in business with stupid, lazy, asshole cousins) and had a chance to develop menu items and play in a semi professional kitchen.
I want to learn more about curries and thai/asian dishes. I love the fresh, clean flavors of cilantro and lemongrass with shrimp. I am more comfortable with Italian and Cajun, but I love doing stir fry and anything on the grill as well.
