Nappies/diapers as an 'accessory'

Does anyone here feel like wearing nappies is like wearing an accessory (e.g. jewellery, decorative bands, badges, watches, designer spectacles and other designer accessibility wearables, etc.)?

Sometimes it’s does feel like wearing Nappies is like wearing accessories but not all the time with me but it feels like Wearing Nappies is a form of underwear / clothing most of the time. Let’s just wait and see what other people within the ABDL Community comment on this one
 
I agree with the idea that they are a form of underwear, special underwear that has a special job, but they still feel more similar to an item of clothing than jewellery to me. Then again, whilst I used to wear a watch, I now don’t and haven’t really worn any jewellery.
