In the summertime I think sometimes people have seen the waistband of my diaper. Because I’ve bent down to pick things up that fell on the grass. My T-shirt probably came up and it was easy to see the thick waistband and plastic pants of by North Shore diaper. I wore a few pairs of shorts that were pretty tight fitting and the bulge was pretty noticeable after several hours of flooding my diaper. But not sure if someone could really tell they have to be looking carefully for a while. Another time I was in a library during the summer with abena diaper and plastic pants that I should’ve realized were a bit too crinkly to go out in public. So I’m sure some people definitely heard the sound of my diaper and plastic pants crinkling in the library. A few girls looked up and gave me a funny look when I walked by where they were sitting at a table. I wonder if they said something to each other. If they suspected that I was wearing a diaper. I would’ve never seen them again. Most likely. Wouldn’t be too upset of strangers figured out that I was wearing an adult diaper. But most people are pretty Oblivious and don’t notice things outside of their own world or what they’re doing at the time.

The one place where there’s no mistaking the diaper crinkle. I swear, libraries are plastic diaper cryptonite.

Curious what are some of your situations or moments that people likely could tell that you had a diaper on even though it was covered up? I like how people usually don't notice or say anything, but still can find it hot how they might sometimes just be keeping that to themselves. I think my shorts were too tight at the gym the other day and I had some puffy bum

Flying and in the airport, possibly. It's difficult to keep your shirt from riding up lifting into an overhead storage bin or leaning down to get something out of a bag you've stored on the floor. I usually wear nice sweatpants when I fly, so there is definitely some extra mass noticeable. But, it's noticeable to me because I know what I look like without it. I doubt most people would notice.

I'm sure there have been other times too, but I feel like people are generally oblivious and wouldn't think "diaper" unless it was either 1) extremely obvious, or 2) they knew what they were looking at/for.

My zipper was down for idk how long I went into a gas station and a couple other places, no one noticed or said anything but dark pants and white diaper....

Dang, you got guts for carrying an unconcealed diaper in hand. I know we make a bigger deal about it than other people but that’s still impressive.

I truly hope that your stay in the mental unit helped. Whether voluntary or not, sometimes you just gotta step away from whatever’s causing you distress. I have questions regarding what it’s like being diapered in a mental ward but I respect your business and won’t pry but I hope it helped and provided you with comfort in what I’m sure was a painful chapter.

Yesterday my Daddy and I went to the casino and I was wearing my NorthShore MegaMax underneath my leggings and t-shirt (it’s cold outside so I had to wear a long sleeve shirt under a t-shirt instead of my hoodie because I had leaked on it earlier and it was in the wash and the casino trip was just decided on a whim lol) I noticed a few people looking at me, I hope it isn’t because they thought I was wearing a diaper…

I've just put my diaper in my jacket pocket and walked in to change at places , that or if I did a #2 I'll bring a black shopping bag with wipes and a new diaper and then wrap the dirty one in the bag and toss it in trash

I would have to say a megamax under leggings is definitely noticeable That's cute tho haha. I doubt people would honestly think anything abdl in a casino however honestly, I've heard horror stories of people who don't want to leave the slots and just go WITHOUT a diaper . It's horrible lol

Oh yeah lol I could definitely tell- but I’m glad I was extra protected at least lol next time I’ll be better prepared with my outfit- this time it was just decided on a whim lol so planning wasn’t really a thing

It's pretty great having a mommy or daddy to make you feel extra small sometimes . But dang it I was really thinking about ordering some MegaMax last night. That’s a good idea! I have a small backpack that I keep my diaper supplies in: extra diaper (2) travel size powder, travel size lotion, wipes and BOS bags. I also have an actual diaper bag, but that’s usually for long car rides/trips lol

I am somebody who is in Diapers 24/7 but because I am blind, and have never had the understanding of visual body language or anything like that even when my vision was decent, I’ve never cared about whether anybody realizes I’m in a diaper or not. since being in Diapers 24/7 for me has only been something that’s happened in the past seven or eight years or so, for me, it’s more about what works for me on a regular basis and gives me the confidence that my diaper will be effective for me while I’m out and about . Most of the time I’m wearing safari or alpaca diapers with plastic pants and a onesie to cut down on the noise of the diaper and to help hold it up also. When I’m at home though in my apartment in a building for people with disabilities aware whatever I want PJs with a diaper that is crinkly and super obvious because at that point who gives a crap. I also have figured out a strategy to help save me money on Diapers since I’m on a fixed income, usually use the thin, cheap crappy diapers at home and use the good stuff at night or while I’m out and about. I also know that I’m not the only other person in my building that needs diapers but at least I have the ability to buy the ones that I know work for me and give me the confidence because I still have a bunch of independence not gonna put my trust in cheap Walmart diapers. That won’t last me beyond one wedding . I’ll spend $100 on a case of safari diapers if I know one will last me 6 to 8 hours.

At my age it's not uncommon to wear one 99.9% off decent people won't say anything and anyone who does can kiss my big old padded butt!

I'd always been extremely careful in letting people know that in fact that I wear a diaper. I don't fly the ABDL flag. I'm simply an IC person. But I had a really good friend when we were in a group of other friends. We'd been in the restaurant for a few hours and she said I don't use a bathroom. For hours. I just played dumb. But she kept asking. She even touched my crotch. Very embarrassing. After a while she finally asked if I was wearing a diaper. Whoops. Didn't know how to answer the question. I'd known her for years but that night she wanted to know. During a private conversation I finally had to admit that I'm actually incontinent and I wear a diaper. She said that she suspected for years but never asked. To make a long story short, we've been a partner together for just over a year. As it turns out, having to wear a diaper isn't a big deal.
