dry mouth and dizzy was my biggest effects. I have blood pressure issues already and it made it fluctuate even more. I find alfuzosin works best with less side effects. Flomax also made my cum go inside my bladder.
 
My main experience has been mild dizziness and no ejaculation. On the positive side my stream is stronger and my overnight wetting has cut back to 1 (generally) vs. 3 to 4 times.
 
The only thing I notice is you can get a little dizzy standing up because of blood pressure drop but my doctor prescribed a drug called midodrine and that issue went away.
 
I stopped taking any medication for IC use. Just too many side-effects.
