Does anybody know what the diaper / nappy brand was that was mistaken for a bomb on the Panama flight ?

One time I was walking my child in a stroller to a park, I saw a metal iron pipe about 1 foot long with two metal caps on each ends with a tubing coming out. It’s like a homemade bomb. Freaked out and called police. Police came and called in the bomb squad. Bomb squad arrived in full gear and got it. Determined it was just an handmade bong. SMH. Just glad it wasn’t a bomb.
