Me and my GF are both incontinent and wear nappies and plastic pants. We have both changed each other a fair few times. Its awesome to be in a position where we just get each other and it's very bonding when we help each other out.

My wife does not talk about it! She has not touched me like I have a disease. I try to bring up some of these conversations on these blogs as well as on Facebook. She talks about it at that time and then that is it. Maybe next weekend we go away just the 2 of us for a get-a-way.
