Been wearing cotton cargo shorts at work and I’ve not leaked as much , just one problem if I fill my nappy you can tell Judy by looking at my shorts seat that I’ve filled it
as the poop bulge shows 
Just been to the Dr’s 5 mins walk away , came back out got pee urge and held it as I was walking home it started to get stronger and stronger then got home got my door keys out and as I was putting the key in the lock the door lock wasn’t the only thing to release
If that had been 2 years ago I would have had wet pants and did have that happen
Thanks to me using a liner in my terry nappy my morning poopy nappy clean up was just as quick as a poopy disposable nappy clean up
Forgot to add , blood tests tomorrow
Fresh terry nappy on , LKS footed sleeper on and In bed soon going to sleep
Just ordered another 3 terry nappies
Got very embarrassed this afternoon , got a poop urge but as I was in my living room with other family members in there so I decided to get up out my chair and go to different room to go
but as I was getting up my bowels had other ideas and I filled my nappy there and then not pleased
Soo desperate to knock one off but can’t till Monday after I’ve had my blood test as 1 test is a PSA test
Also no alcohol tomorrow night either
1st of many tonight
Wow been home today and only on my second day time nappy
But did totally soak my last nights nappy
Fresh Terry nappy on now in bed and try to sleep and see if I wake up wet or dry as finished last drink 40 mins ago
Had a pee just before I changed
Oh no up at 7 am Dr’s 8:30am
Having an air out after a shower
Then gonna put on a nice terry nappy

After years of saying to my Nephew and his boy friend when are you gonna get married

Went to tape up the bottom rh tape on my nappy and it came away from the wing
no worries as had some tape to hand and the other 3 were ok
Back to work in the morning 6am alarm -
