I use InPrivate too, but that doesn't help if your boss decides to look at the logs.

Every time you connect to a webpage through an internet connection, even on InPrivate, it can easily be, and usually is in a workplace setting, LOGGED.

Chances are good that your boss won't ever have a reason to check the logs. (Would usually involve a lot of boring looking up IPs and domains) BUT if he does, that last thing you want him/her to see is "ADISC, ADISC, ADISC" straight down the list from your connection.

If you live in California you're good by the way, they have some really cool employee privacy laws.
