I can wear the 7’s for many hours without them ripping apart. Much more comfortable with extenders. Hopefully these will negate the need for extenders.

With pampers or luvs you can tear off the waterproof backing and the leak guards and everything tears right off with it. All your left with is the absorbent padding. Takes about 5 seconds to do and they don’t explode the sap everywhere
