I mainly wear white because it's classic, same reason I wear tighty whities when I'm not diapered. But I have bought printed ones once in a blue moon.

I live in an apartment, and sometimes I've stepped out on my balcony late at night wearing a diaper and tshirt. Still exhilarating even though I was barely outside. Also I've wet myself while sitting on my balcony with PJ pants covering my diaper, felt real good :)

I have some Tykables shortalls that I did wear out a few times, but the metal in one of the shoulder straps broke off and I haven't fixed it. But some time later I saw that Forever 21 had some shortalls for men, so I bought a black denim pair and have worn them out on occasion in the warm months.
