Long time user here, first thing is to relax and take a deep breath. Second if you are having trouble still close your eyes and imagine you are at the toilet. My other tip is to take your fingers and lightly brush them down the side of your body from armpit to your waist. It helps me.

My loving wife knows of my diaper fetish and has no problems with it. I often wear in front of her etc. But at times I still have this embarrassment feeling when diapering myself when we are in the same room. Anyone else experience this?
