I find that Boudreaux’s Butt Paste or Destin usually work with this.

If my skin gets dry from using zinc oxide cream I use petroleum jelly.

I don’t wet the bed all that often these days but when I do this is how I handle it (after I take a bath or shower). Then after putting on the rash cream I do the laundry as soon as possible/practical.

Daily/ Maximum strength desitin or if I'm really on a budget the Walmart brand cream works wonders too.
