What are these plastic happy diapers?

Never seen them b4 but very cute and the description says plastic backed so assuming they are older and doubtful still being manufactured.
 
Seconded. It actually looks like some DL's old collection and they are in the middle of purging.

I think I have seen these in the Middle East web sites. They are most likely a cheap brand available in the Middle Eastern market and manufactured in China. It is most likely very small in size for an "XL", as I have yet to see any China made baby diaper that is actually big.
