I am okay late on a Friday evening.
I have turned off the news feed gloom and doom.
I am taking time to play.
For me, play stimulates my imagination.

Here on my Sunday evening I have been mutely sitting on the carpet in my Living Room and playing with one of my NERF toy guns while in just a t-shirt, diaper, and plastic pants.
I am happy.

I can't talk because I just as messy but does your Big ever tell you to tidy up your toys. ?

Like after you spent ages putting everything in its right place anyway
And making up stories why its there.
And then you have to put back in the box.
And tidy up.

Why do we have to tidy up? When is just going to get messy again.

It's one of those adult things that doesn't make any sense that we just have to pretend to understand.

When I was very young, I would spread my little green army men all throughout my room and I'd get upset when my mom made me put them back in the box. Eventually they disappeared during one of our many moves. I was really upset then.

My way of relaxing is just being creative- drawing and writing myself stories. Though I guess with a partner/friend I wouldn't mind a little playtime too.
