Plastic pants with buttons below

Has anyone seen plasticpants that have buttons below the crutch and know where they can be bought? They allow a change of pad without removal.
Most have buttons on the side or towards the front.

They are out there, but not very common! BigAl1 clearly stated their problem. They would rapidly leak !! Yes, likely would be great for a quick change of the booster or the diaper, but not great for being out and about!

Not only that, but they wouldn't be very comfortable with the buttons and extra plastic to hold them down next to your thighs.
