A bout with norovirus had me worried enough about the bedsheets that I wore a depends the wife had around for a surgery. Bought another pack and discovered apparently I am a DL. Discussed this awkwardly with the wife and she is supportive of me exploring this part of me. So after some lurking and procrastination here I am, trying to figure this out.
