I was just wondering if anybody remembers the Anheuser-Busch Brewry Advertising Icon, "BUD MAN"?
Back in High School 48 years ago, BUD MAN was all over the TV airwaves, especially on weekends during sportscasts.

Yes along with the Hamm's Beer bear.
 
Lol we traded bud man stickers in school. This type of advertising was band through government.
The camel cigarettes had cartoon icons also. To stop advertising harmful products to kids with cartoon advertising or adult products. But yes it was a big thing.
We had a lot of things we loved remember weeplos and the little astronauts with the parachute.
We traded those too

I much preferred 'Spuds McKenzie (sp?),' and the croaking/talking frogs.
