Supper is cooking.

The local channels are broadcasting College Basketball Games.

I am back in my wheelchair.

PBS THE VIOLENT UNIVERSE (1969)
An almost 2:30 hour "Science Special" all about Astronomy.
Hosts:
Robert MacNeil (PBS NEWS HOUR)
Dr. Carl Sagan (PBS COSMOS)
No fancy CGI graphics.
Just basic animations.
Interviews from the Astronomers themselves.
Substance...
Not watered-down pap.

Why watch a 55 year-old PBS Television Science Special Program?
The information is out of date.
Yet, it is presented to the audience very well.
THE VIOLENT UNIVERSE
As a program, it made Dr. Carl Sagan a Science Presenter star over a decade before he hosted the Science miniseries:
COSMOS
Another television miniseries I still like is:
BBC THE ASCENT OF MAN
Hosted by Dr. Jacob Bronowski
It was really about the History of Science.

I am okay.
My roommate, CK, dropped me off at church before worship.
I assisted with setting up.
Our new "Autistic" Church Music Director, SJ, had to be out in San Diego, California to attend the funderal of one of his grandparents.
He will be back for Maunday Thursday, and Easter.
Yes.
It is HOLY WEEK.
Remember...
Jesus Christ is the MESSIAH, not the AYATOLLAH!
Anyway, my church friend, CZ, brought me back home in her FORD F-150 truck.
Well...
It is almost time for my nap.

An apology...
While asleep during my nap I was in a Mental Hospital.
I was in a locked paded room.
Diapered with plastic pants.
With locking leather shackles on my legs.
Plus I was in a straitjacket.
Secured very tight.
The orderlies had also tightly secured a muzzle over my mouth to muffle my yelling and screaming as an Autistic person.

There were a number of electrical power outages across New Hampshire from yesterday's storm.
The power did not go out here in Derry.

Just the same identical television watching routine.
History...World War II.
Science...
This evening it is "Earth Science":
HOW THE EARTH WAS MADE
The History Channel no longer airs this television documentary series.
It is mega dumbed-down now.
I am quietly playing with baby/toddler toys.
My typical play activity from 19:00 until bedtime.
Earlier I quietly played with LEGO.
Every single day I take time to play with LEGO.
I am still very much a "little boy".
Yes.
I am in my wheelchair until bedtime.
I am using up the pull-up adult disposable training pants.
They are only good for only being indoors.

Earlier I took my daily diuretic medication.
I am okay.
I just called the Manchester Transit Authority CART Paratransit Service to get me downtown Wednesday.
I need a "haircut" before Easter next Sunday.
I always have "Dana" at the Derry Barber Shop on West Broadway (NH Route 102) cut my hair.
I need to look less like a "Taliban".

I have been busy all morning quietly creating a television program for DerryCAM, my town's CATV Public Access Channel.
Again, me talking about science and nature.
I have been using an old version of CYBERLINK POWER DIRECTOR.
Editing in *.mp4.
Earlier I had today's Meals on Wheels Lunch for the Elderly.
The news was on CNN out in my Living Room.
More news about that angry wealthy hate-filled old man.
I refuse to be a hate-filled old man.
It is now time to play and then have my nap.
I will note that I just ordered 2 more pairs of 2XL-size plastic pants from:
BIG BABY GEAR/MYPROTEX
They will probably arrive next Monday.
Adult babies like me can never have too many pairs of plastic pants to wear over disposable diapers.

I am okay.
One hour ago I got up from my nap.
Again I dreamed about being in the Mental Hospital, although I have never been in one.
In the Mental Hospital as an Autistic with Cerebral Palsy I was in a "special" Physical Restraint Chair with "locking" leather restraint straps.
Strapped to the arms of the chair via my upper arms and wrists.
My ankles strapped to the front legs of the chair via locking leather restraint straps.
Plus locking leather straps around my waist and my chest to hold me down onto the seat which had a hole in it and a sturdy plastic urine deflector.
Under the seat was a big orange HOME DEPOT plastic bucket.
In the dream I was kept restrained in the chair for 15 1/2 hours straight every day.
Expelling pee and poop into the plastic bucket.
Locked-away in seclusion.
Nothing to do.
Nothing but the windowless walls to look at.
Then after 15 1/2 hours in the restraint chair, placed in the restraint bed next to the restraint chair.
Locking leather ankle straps.
Locking leather wrist straps.
Locking leather thigh straps.
Locking leather waist and chest straps.
8 hours through the night.
Put in a special "locking" plasticized anti-masturbation pant over a disposable diaper.
Only during the day being fed and given drinks of water at breakfast, lunch, and supper.
24/7 in seclusion.
As I have stated, I have never been psychotic.
I have never been delusional.
Yet as an Autistic, I have always had dreams of being in a Mental Hospital since childhood.

Earlier I literally rolled out of my bed onto the floor on all-fours and crawled into my bathroom like a baby.
I am physically hurting below the waist with respect to my Cerebral Palsy.
I took my morning diuretic medication earlier.
Outside it is overcast.
Rain coming?
I am in my wheelchair.

I did just complete the editing and graphics for the latest TV show of me talking about Science and Nature.
All I have to do now is process the video and download it onto a USB FlashRAM Drive to deliver tomorrow to the Town CATV Public Access Channel.
My show is a half an hour long.

I was just outside using one of my pairs of Loftstrand Crutches.
I filmed 26 seconds of "wild" Turkeys strutting through my Trailer Park.
Wildlife filming is quite hit or miss as far as getting it on video.
The footage I just shot is usable for the next TV show in the next week or so.

Today is mostly an indoor activity day.
Earlier I did clean the toilet in my bathroom.
Always there are small chores to perform.
