I am well aware of these things. I'm not new to this game. All I ever react to is this: does the diaper in question work well or not? In the case of BetterDry, and for me, the Mediums have worked much better than the larges in retaining and storing waste. I have worn a Medium for 6 to as many as 20 hours with no leaks. I cannot say the same about Larges, which have leaked more often than not in the first few hours. In addition, the additional size and weight seems to cause more drooping. Now I did try that suggestion to hike up the diaper in back, and it helped quite a bit (though it was still imperfect), so I'll do that again.

Bottom Line: BD ought to have a line between their Medium and Large sizes like NorthShore has. It would solve a lot of problems. And diaper companies should never end one size and start the next with the same measurement.

Well I find I can't disagree. Having more intermediate sizes will always be more effective for some than just two or three universal sizes.
