Best way to diaper plushies ?

Getting/have some pokemon plushes & some old Build-a-Bears that I think need some pampering. Should I get cloth diapers, or real diapers and cut slits for there tails ?

Since I recently started being single again I'm thinking about getting a teddy bear to sleep with
 
I put an ABU little paws on my stuffie. It's actually the second diaper I put on them. The first was an ABU cloth backed preschool. I made the hole for the tail too far up so the diaper kept sliding back and the front was all wrinkled. The second time I made the tail hole lower, between the center of the crotch and the back fold and it fits on them perfectly.

I suggest real diapers because it would probably be difficult to find cloth diapers for them and the cloth diapers will probably have to be hand made anyway.
 
I have placed baby sized disposables on stuffies and also flat cloth diapers, pinned and then infant plastic pants over them. I can’t imagine putting adult diapers on stuffies unless they are giant sized stuffies.
