Oh god, I hate the dialogue wheel. They (Bethesda) boasted their new dialogue system because you're not "locked into" conversations, and can just walk away. I don't speak for everyone, but I don't exactly see that as a strong selling point. First off, it's irritating as hell when the person you're talking to decides to walk away mid-conversation, and equally frustrating when you accidentally walk away. Second, I liked the security a "locked in" conversation offered, since I don't really like being attacked while talking to someone (looking at you, Skyrim, and your damned dragons).
The Sarcastic responses are golden, though.
"Can you say it like Dr. Frankenstein? 'Igor, fetch me the brain!' "
It took me a little while to forgive it for all of its faults, but it's still a good game, and I feel it helps credit its franchise. You know, because it makes 3 and NV look that much better
