Maybe this sums it up nicely... Working with friends or Family, is not a new concern... and I've done it a few times myself... both, with good and detrimental results. It's nothing personally about you or your friend... it's about a certain dynamic that is often found in such combined relationships... that you and the friend should be aware of... Something similar, and different... when you move in (or cohabitate) with others. So you see... it was nothing more than an advisory of caution... so that you don't get hurt or blindsided... Perhaps, I was the one who was offended... not because I think anyone should like my words... yet, I think I was a bit surprised to get something of a hand-slap with something I believed to be conscientious and reasonably well thought out, and placed. I don't have a problem with misunderstandings, or disagreement for that matter... and, at the end of the day, my only intent is to be helpful and supportive -and no matter how well I believed my intentions, I apparently did fail that with you this time. So, if you can and will afford it; please try to always allow for discourse. As far as better explaining my intended message on your blog; I'll have to get back to you on that, and part of that may be to seek a clearer view of your perspectives so that the message may be more contextually aligned. Obviously you were offended when you deleted our posts, didn't ask for clarification of intent, and you called it awful advice (I don't object, or agree with this opinion). Which was really just a friendly concern for your well-being, and that of your friendship, and job... that if you didn't have any experience with this sort of arrangement... you could be blind-sided through no-one's fault... there simply were no presumptions of anything or anyone on our part. You've somehow managed to really misinterpret the meaning, even if you got the intent. Oh sorry I just saw your message. I'm so glad someone finally recognized my avatar lol. I guess my favorite all time metal band has to be Metallica, even though I don't listen to them much anymore. They were the band that got me into metal and I literally know every song off their first 5 albums by heart, so I gotta give them credit. Megadeth probably comes in a close second. Currently I'm really into Tool actually. What are your favorites?
