You're certainly one of the most sheltered (no lockdown pun) participants I've welcomed to this site!! Some of us can feel very very alone in the early days, some of us don't, if you're a child and see two people in a wheelchair (that's NOT sharing a wheelchair etc. etc.) you start to understand that when it comes to conditions and things you may need to be in ...well you realise you're not actually unique!!
Adisc is an American site and I'm going to say 6/7 out of ten adiscers is American
...that said where is ABDL popular? I've always thought it's biggest in the USA then the UK and third place goes to Australia ...I've heard the ABDL scene is big down under
...there's a possibility we're classed as a porn site (wrongly of course) so we never really hear from China / Asia!!
That's off tangent in a meandoral sort of way

There are a lot in Germany as well, not many show up here because of the language barrier but if you do an adultbaby search on ebay.de you will be very surprised how many sellers there are.
