I've never done this but I've considered it as an option. Its a reason why if I wear in public I normally wear plain white or black diapers as opposed to AB printed- easier to claim as medical in a pinch. Never came up though

YES! It is like instant stress relief. I think this is what initially drew me to it. It hits a lot of weighs. When wearing, I find I stay calm more. When going to bed, I fall asleep quicker. There are a LOT of noticible differences.

The sudden switch for winter hours always gets me. Its dark, I'm thinking its time to be done working and home, and its only 430 pm
