Well I think its fairly obvious when wearing a wet BetterDry and thin pyjama bottoms with t-shirt?

I live in a group home for people with disabilities. I'm wearing my wet Betterdry with pyjamas and I have this one member off staff that likes to pull my t-shirt down (just a little tug) when I'm wearing and he only does it when I'm wearing so he obvious knows. Thats not a problem really as all the staff know I wear. Its just weird lol.

That's a dignity thing, I don't really get why it matters so much in residential care, it's the same reason elderly people in care homes aren't allowed to just wear pajamas all day, it's more dignified if there dressed properly.
Do the other people you live with know you wear nappies? Surely you're not the only one who wears them.

As they are responsible for your care they pull your shirt down to hide your diapered waistline.
Protects your privacy & likely makes them feel more comfortable
