Does anyone else sometimes wear clothes wrongly to be childish, as a youngster learning to get dressed might first put them on, such as deliberately wearing them inside out or back to front? I do this sometimes. Here are some of my ways of wearing clothes childishly, especially if I feel like being corrected by my caregiver:
- Odd socks, or socks on hands.
- Winter hat on back to front, so I can't see very well.
- Shoes in bed.
- Pyjama top on legs.
- Slippers on wrong feet.
- Sneakers or wellies without socks.
- Inappropriate shoes for the weather, such as sandals in snow.

I actually do most of that by mistake. The one I do not do is shoes in bed. I have been grossed out by that since I was very young. When I see kids do that I ask them "what is this, T.V."? Then I tell them it's gross and to take off their shoes. I think it is gross to wear outside shoes into the house.

Nope.

For me putting clothes on incorrectly just feels bad. I'm not talking about that I'm an adult and adults don't do this. I mean that the clothes just don't feel right so as soon as I accidently put on something incorrectly, I'll take it off and put it on correctly.
