Uuugh, gross. Absolute sucks, and has a horrible tadte to it. If anyone wants real vodka, look for titos, or sky vodka.

I've been drinking it mixed with cranberry juice every night. I'd say about 5 shots vodka and two cups of cranberry. Never drink in excess though. Never to get drunk.

Agree completely, absolute is garbage. Titos is a great choice, but for a few dollars less you can get deep Eddy's which is also made in Austin Texas. It's filtered 10 times and is crisp, lite, and tasty. So Rus vodka is also amazing, but it is a bit of a sipping vodka.

The only vodka I've had that actually tastes nice and smooth when it's neat is Polish Żubrówka.

Having done a quick google, it's been banned in the US since 1978 due to a naturally occurring chemical in the bison grass that is used to flavour it, and the name Żubrówka is recognised as a style of vodka rather than a brand.
