The Top Ten List of things I don't like about being incontinent...
#10 - Really have to pee.
#9 - People ask you : are you wearing a diaper?
#8 - Hate being pants'd.
#7 - Loud farts.
#6 - Leaks.
#5 - My pants don't fit right.
#4 - Hard to find a girlfriend/boyfriend.
#3 - Diaper checks.
#2 - Diaper bulge.
And the #1 thing I don't like being IC is...
- loading my diaper.

My heart goes out to you. It's really hard to enjoy a disease that affects our lives. Personally, I tend to compare things together a lot. In comparison with other disabilities being IC is pretty easy to handle. Thus, instead of focusing on a box we are inside, it's always good to take a bit wider perspective. Of course, it will not change the reality, but it can affect our mood in a positive way

#7 my farts are quieter when diapered. Yours are louder?
#6 the fit is real important. Also rated capacity is way higher than actual capacity. Changing more often will prevent leaks
#5 I find snug fitting boxer brief shorts will help keep diaper from bulging and pants fit better.
#4 if a person judges you for being IC they arnt the right person for you.

Yes, that is a load.I might add my wife sometimes are you doing ok she is dry?
