for disposable ones Tranquilty makes pull up ones
for washable ones I have heard good things about Discovery Trecking though they now seem to be called SOSecure swim brief

When I go to the beach I always wear the tranquility swimmates, they just hold a very small amount of tinkle so I put them on right before I go onto the beach and once I get in the water it doesn't matter and they are nearly always wet before I get in the water. I would like to try some of the reusable swim diapers but haven't had the opportunity yet.
