Rearz Shipping

I ordered for the 1st time on Rearz and I'm curious, they marked my order as shipped but when I put the tracking info into UPS it still says they are ready for the item to be given to them. Has anybody else had this happen to them? If so what happened?

It was marked as shipped about 9 hous ago and I can't ask them any questions because there distribution center is closed and their online chat is off till tomorrow

This is common on many platforms. Items are marked as shipped as soon as they are packaged and ready for pickup by the courier.
I own a Shopify store and it works the same way.
