Question: Good male product for nightime.

I prefer pull ups because they stay on and the tapes don't get undone (cos they got no tapes). My nocturnal IC is only drips really and I have tried a large in underwear pad thing recently and that helped. But I am concerned that wearing tends to make me go more automatically.

As normal bladder emptying (one go) is about 500 ml or more, I would need a product for the male anatomy that is reliable, controls smell and can cope with at least one complete emptying just in case.

ABU stuff just made me smell like a care home so something less smelly than
that would be nice!!

Otherwise, there are not really disposable diapers especially for male, there are only disposable diapers unisex, the pants are not generally absorbent, for the smell all depends on if it is new or during use, in any case it should not exceed the night of use.

Based on your smell comment it sounds like you are dehydrated which has cause you to have cocentrated pee. Thst is why you end up smelling so badly even when only moderately wet.

I know it sounds counter intuitive, but drinking more water absolutely will cut down on your pee smelling badly. Of course, when you stay well hydrated you can't get away with using a pullup.
