I'm 83, a lifelong plastic pants lover...and plastic lover in general. I'd still just as soon be wearing my plastic panties, and since I live alone now there seems little reason not to.
It is an excellent question!tseaborn said:As you get older, does your diaper love go away? Does all the thrill fade or are seniors just less addicted to tech and post less? Will the day come where wearing diapers is as boring as wearing a shirt?
I'm 61 yrs old, I have been wearing diapers for over 40 yrs. It hasn't for me. I still enjoy them as much as ever.tseaborn said:As you get older, does your diaper love go away? I'm 77 now. I was in my mid 50's, around your age, when I decided to wear diapers most of time, or at least, whenever I wanted. Before then, I kept it secret from everyone, which meant I was unable to wear when I wanted, and was often frustrated. Once one makes the decision to wear diapers full time for pleasure rather than need, you have to open yourself up to others, wife, girlfriend, family members and others. That was the hardest thing for me to do, but the rewards outweighed the costs. I've had a compulsion to wear diapers for as long as I can remember, and the older I was the more I wanted to have diapers and rubber pants and wet myself.Davvyboy said:It is an excellent question!
Looking through the many superb answers it has proved to me that the desire to wear nappies never truly fades.
As a 58 year old that doesn’t phase me.
However long I live I’ll always have a nappy or two to support me !
Good for you my friend.Lyric said:I'm 77 now. I was in my mid 50's, around your age, when I decided to wear diapers most of time, or at least, whenever I wanted. Good for you Amigo.caitianx said:I feel grateful to be in diapers 24/7 at my age of 65, since I have been disabled since birth, Cerebral Palsy and Autism.
Wetting and messing uncontrollably 24/7 like a baby does not bother me.
Hey, that's me! I said that!PaddedMI said:While not a senior, I'm in my 40s, I've been in the ABDL world and managing incontinence issues for close to 30 years so I tihnk I have some perspective to share. My experience is that they take on a different role. It was once described on the Love in Brief Podcast that diapers went from being like Viagra to more like Prozac the older I got. And that is something I think really is true.

That was a brave move.
Very sorry for your lossTigercub59 said:I didn't start wearing until I turned 62. In fact until my wife needed them I hadn't thought about them for myself after she died.
Thank youDiaperman95 said:Very sorry for your loss
You sir, are a smart man.reval said:Hey, that's me! I said that!
Possibly the best metaphor ever. I used it when explaining to my wife and it really helped her understand the evolution of my interest. She can tell when I’m wearing or in need of wearing my Prozac.reval said:Hey, that's me! I said that!
The question isn‘t specifically for me, because I only wear diapers as a last resort, i.e. when I gotta go but “going” in my panties and pants would be verboten. But I do love —love, LOVE, LOVE! — using almost anything but a toilet or urinal to relieve myself.tseaborn said:As you get older, does your diaper love go away? Hey, that's terrific. Glad I could help.Subtlerustle said:Possibly the best metaphor ever. I used it when explaining to my wife and it really helped her understand the evolution of my interest. She can tell when I’m wearing or in need of wearing my Prozac.
The internet just reflects the world as it is, and, like the world, it seems to be getting worse every day. At least has served me well in terms of my fetishes. I well remember the first poop porn I saw.Lattimore55 said:Maybe more infrequent at 72, but when I do, I think "this is great, why aren't I doing this more often." Off and on since age 6, long periods of abstinence until early 50's. Then much more exploration. Internet opened the interest wide open in early 2000's with DiaperSpace until it got too hard to get on and the best people left, old Diapermates which also had a lot of good people and then got overrun by questionable people(?), fake profiles, bots, Russian operatives (Putinesque?), scammers. Creepy adult bookstores with diaper related articles and forums as far back as the 70's and 80's, one's entry was a measure of your strong interest if willing to let the biker cashier see your copy of diaper news and watch his eyebrows hit his hairline, as people in line with really hardcore porn looked at you like you're a pervert(!?!). Worse than buying diapers in a pharmacy with a line behind you and the cashier has to call for the price. This interest tends to stick!
