Pantyhose sizing to fit over diaper (non sissy)

When I was young ad still in diapers i can remember wearing pantyhose over cloth diapers 38 years ago and I want to again
My question is this should I like plastic pants go a size up to fit diaper ?
P/s I've found a German site that does man sizes up to 50"

I'm big I go to Walmart and get either George 5 or 5x tights or just my size brand 4 x hose and they do great and I'm around 400lb
