When do Adult babies most enjoy using soothers? Is it during sleep or getting nappy changed? How does it content people? I love using it when I become frustrated and sad and when I get my nappy changed
 
Wow and here I have a big mouth and prefer a baby's pacifier. I've tried the Nuk 5 thinking oh this will be great and I did not care for it. Might try a nuk 3 in the near future.

Can't speak for most but for me I don't use a pacifier when I am trying to sleep. In this case I use my thumb which I enjoy more. Otherwise I will use a pacifier occasionally whenever I am feeling particularly babyish. I also don't use while getting my diaper changed since that is something I do myself and I can't do both at the same time.
