May have anwers

Ok got alot of anwers to my ??? yesterday at my appointment. NOT what I wanted to hear but it will be ok. I have something call Chari Malformation. Part of my brain has moved down into my spinal column. Because of that and it being less room there my spinal column is being compressed. They said that all the symptoms I'm having is a sign of that. Unfortunately the only real treatment is surgery. They go in take some of bones out of my spine and make more room. I told them unless I would get alot worse I would rather just live with the symptoms. I'll just continue to wear diapers. But will know more when I have my MRI

Best of luck to you. Depending on the symptoms and what they say the progression might be like over time, I'm sure you'll give it more thought as you learn more. I agree, diapers aren't the end of life when it comes to dealing with incontinence, but if other issues besides incontinence rear their ugly head, it may be worth the risk.
