I remember wearing these Pampers as a kid. They were my favorite diapers ever. I will they made diapers like this in adult sizes.

They do make these in adult sizes.

They are called wingfold briefs.

Those would work, but I bet they aren't nearly as thick as those old Pampers were! Agree, I miss them.

Are they plastic backed? I prefer plastic backed diapers because they work better for me.

Wow, haven't seen a diaper like that in a long time. I swear I had something similar to that when I was 16 or so.

Two big tabs per side to better hold the sposie firmly into place and prevent it to sag.
