I know it is time to change when I feel the back of my diaper getting wet enough to feel it, when I wake up and feel that my diaper is soaked and before bed, even if the diaper I am wearing is barely wet as it's never going to last overnight without leaking as my body never reduces urine output while asleep and medications that are supposed to have corrected that problem did NOTHING!
