Hi babies and littles,
i want to start this thread from the view of adult me.
I knew that i have a baby me which is 18 months old. Its a state there babies realize thereself but did need much of care from outside.
The first thing i had to learn on my journey to accept that there is a baby me who needs nurture and care.
The second thing is, to love baby me for whom he is. As adult me sometimes it feels like i had to be papa and mother of myself.
And here comes my question and request: how can i do selfcare and prepare babymetime before? What experience do you have?
I think its a diffrence if your little age is higher. Older kids could take more selfcare. So adult me hasnt to be there all the time.
