I would suggest that you and your spouse watch Baby Mitchy You tube video "what is an adult baby". IT would help explain things to her.
It also may be a good suggestion to have her join and get some support/information on coping with a DL.
Beside that, what are some of your hobbies and interests? just so we can get to know you a little better.
