Wondering why my male adult pull up diaper/nappy has frills around the legs. Not that it’s a problem, just wondering what you all think?

It might be just a design feature, i had some pull ups years ago with frilly features.

I don’t think the ones I’ve seen are really frills, just effect of the way the elastic squishes the leg when unstrected.

I think you're just seeing the gathers in the elastic that help form a seal around your leg to combat leaks.

Excess material is left in order to avoid discomfort (scratching).
