How was the absorbency on the 5XL?
 
Interesting that they're labeled as baby diapers when they list weights of ≥ 25 kg and ≥30 kg for the weights for 5XL and 6XL that's 55 lbs and 66 lbs respectively. It almost sounds like it's filling the gap between baby diapers and adult diapers.
Or are we talking about something more like Goodnites here?

How would you rate the diaper in terms of quality?

I'm really curious about these!
 
Basically there are 2 types, the first pic are more like diapers and they go up to 48-96 cm waist (according to the video) for the largest size(5xl), while the second pic is more like pull ups and go up to 7xl, (waist 50-130 cm according to the pic) am currently ordering the pull up one and it's available on taobao.(the prices are in RMB and are for the 3 piece trial packs, you'd probably need to find a carrier to help you ship internationally and it would cost extra so yeah)

their size 6xl say the waist is between 46-120cm which is between 18- 47 inches.
the package also says a 7xl so maybe that the range is thru all the sizes.
ive only seen it on a couple chinese or malaysian sites so I don't know how new or old they are or anything other than the pictures they have.

So I actually bought six packs of 30 of the 5xl I have a 34 inch waist and they fit me I would say pretty perfectly it's not even a super snug fit like I could most definitely make them have extra room it's where they would leak or fall off I purchased them from temu for $30 a pack and i truly love them
