Does anybody else find that Sunkiss runs _really_ large?

I'm trying a 10 pack of Sunkiss Masterpiece. The diapers themselves seems pretty good, decent quality, not as good as Trest, but not too far off. But the size seems _way_ off. I usually am on the smaller end of medium (36" waist) , but on these, I practically swim in medium. I had to use packing tape to make them work, and even then they're super loose around the legs. Are people going down a size in these?
 
Yes they run large vs most other brands. Same sizing as MegaMax as these are very similar if not the same as a MegaMax.
