Looking at estimates of how many ABDLs there are I wonder how many people I know or have come across who are secretly ABDL too. Do you know people that might be abdl?
Do you/have you known someone who doesn't show it but who you suspect might be ABDL?

I don’t know if there is anyone who I actually think is ABDL. But there are a couple of who wouldn’t surprise me if they were.
I have posted before about a conversation I was a part of in college where somebody brought up ABs and called them freaks, it caused me a lot of self hatred and doubt and I resented them for quite a while. Then I realised that I could see myself doing the same thing, trying to create a totally unnecessary smokescreen out of anxiety. And wondered if they might have been AB and said it for that reason.
I also have a friend who acts pretty childishly, but I haven’t seen any ABDL stuff, don’t think he owns any plushies or anything.

There is a girl I work with who I think wears diapers - or has a strangely shaped bottom! She dresses in an ambiguously little way - so It's possible.
Sadly, it's not the kind of thing you can casually bring up! There's no way I'd tell anyone at work I wear diapers. I think they'd be supportive to my face but take the piss out of me (pun not intended) behind my back. It's that kind of environment!

I don't know anyone that could be suspect , but I know a few that would or could go that way too and not be surprised . Then there are a few that I WISH were ab/dl !!

There was only ever one person I have known, that I have always sworn she was an AB or DL, and it was only recently, that I learned, I was probably right. It was a girl I grew up with, like literally had every grade and class with. One of those really popular, cheerleader type "mean" girls. The first thing I remember was that she never did any of the overnight sleepover trips with our class, until she was a junior/senior. The second thing was in our sophomore english class. The teacher asked for 1 word in the english language that didn't feel right when said, and her word was "diaper". She said it over and over again, and it didn't seem like she hated saying it either.
Well, fast forward 20 or so years, and happen to be in a conversation with her aunt, who is best friends with my aunt. We were on the topic of bedwetting because of one of my cousins, and she brought up the fact that her niece was a bedwetter until she was 14, and wore a diaper to bed every night until she was 11 and was then put in goodnights. So it was either the girl in my class, or her sister who was 2 years older than us, but the woman didn't have any other siblings besides this girls mom and had never been married. I also find it interesting, that the girl from my class is still single, and never been married. Her aunt said, it just never seemed to workout with any guys she's been with.

So I was in a position where I knew, but he didn't know i knew.. which was strange. unfortunately shortly after my discovery we had a falling out and haven't spoken since.
The situation makes me realise though that there are definitely more than we think there are, and we'll pass them in the street and never even know.

Back when I was in 12th grade I was friends with a guy who one day out of nowhere brought up that there are people who are into diapers and how weird he thinks it is.
I just played along and said something along the lines of "Yeah, people sometimes enjoy weird stuff".
So far so good but a few days later I was hanging out with him and he showed me ABDL porn again under the premise of how weird he thinks it is.
It was a topic he brought up again and again.
So I think he probably was into it, it's one thing finding something "weird" on the internet and telling others about it but going out of your way to find more and more stuff related to it even going as far as searching for porn seems kinda "suspicious" if you ask me.

I once worked for a fortune 50 company and saw a post on ASFD from our corporate attorney asking about someone to diaper him. He accidentally posted from his work Email. Later on I had to interact with him on a legal matter and it was super-awkward!

My best friend will gladly wear diapers with me in some situations. Probably do to my influence but she's not resistant to the idea and leads me to believe a lot of people are "almost" there when it comes time to wearing diapers at least.

Yeah, I mean I am so paranoid and defensive about my own ABDL interest that even if it were the time and place to ask, I'd probably be uncomfortable bringing the subject up.
But I've known plenty of people that were into childish things and I think that is becoming more and more accepted, like lots of adults, not even ABDL or little, like things like cartoons, legos, action figures, etc. For many of those people, I wouldn't be surprised if they took the next step but that is maybe just wishful thinking on my part.

Well I know a ABDL model who isn't. I doubt anyone thinks that I dress like a baby. And I know a lot of people who should be but probably aren't

I cant say too many I know or even knew were suspected to be DL or ABs ....I knew this girl Emily from my 20 something days ( she was like only 18 ) and quite promiscuous. I remember her talking about diapers or something to a friend and I was like wow she would rock my world if she was a DL...I think though I was reading into it too much and she really wasnt. It was probably more of a fantasy in my head of her being a DL....But boy if she was I'd ve been sure loving that!

around 11 years ago (2012 ish) I was being trained into a new position at work by the person who was going to be leaving the company. He always brought in his personal laptop so he could look up info while his work computer was doing other things. As I sat there I swear I saw his auto-fill pull up pampered penny's website in the drop down. After that I was left wondering if he was ABDL, or a sissy, etc.
Fast forward to 2018 I had been living in another state and hadn't heard from him in a while and a mutual friend told me that this person had transitioned M-to -F. So I looked her up on Facebook, sure enough. I sent a friend request which she accepted. We quickly reconnected. After about 2-3 years (so now 2022) she posted a pic of her wearing a dinosaur onesie that I instantly recognized as being abdl clothing. A quick search and I found the exact one on an abdl clothing site. (before you ask, yes it was definitely an abdl site and not something ambiguous like ebay or amazon).
Anyway, I commented on the photo that I liked the shirt. A conversation started and we both admitted to being in the abdl scene.
