Yes.
I am washing my blankets.
I also hand-washed one of my 6 pairs of "adult" plastic pants for incontinence.
Like I keep saying, "I am not a pig.".

I admit to doing something "very bad".
I looked up a medical anatomical drawing of the Male Human secret body part.
How it functions to make a baby.
Sigh...

I am okay this evening.
Online right now I am watching Educational Documentaries.
SOVIET STORM: WWII IN THE EAST
World War II from the Russian point of view.
Earlier I did have Supper.
I then went outside.
Too cold.
I was not outside for long.
I then continued shooting video for my next CATV Public Access Channel Program about Science.
Yes.
I also took my evening medications a short time ago.
I have also prepared my bed to sleep in later.

I am still working upon shooting video for another "Independent Production" TV show of my own creation for my town's CATV Public-Access Channel about Science.
Outside it is sunny and 3 degrees Celsius.
A short time ago I took my daily diuretic medication.

I was outside for a short time.
Before that I had today's Meals on Wheels Lunch for the Elderly.
Yes.
I took my 2nd medication of the day.
Earlier "TINKLE", my huge grey Teddy Bear watched a few minutes of CNN.
He told me that no way in Hell does a President have immunity from criminal prosecution while in office.
He said, that according to the Holy Bible, nobody is "above the law".
God has the absolute final word on the subject.
Anyway, it is almost time for my nap.
Yes.
The medical restraint mittens are going on.
Adult Babies are supposed to be physically helpless.

A quiet evening.
Earlier I needed to be in another teleconference.
The "Adult World" always intrudes, leaving me little time to be "Little".
I am in my usual evening online television watching routine.
At this time of day I am wearing nothing but a t-shirt and a diaper.
I have a clean pair of plastic pants with Koala Bears on them laid-out to wear over my diaper later at bedtime.

I am up from my nap.
I admit to feeling bloated.
Like I am plugged up down below.
Peeing uncontrollably okay.
Simply my colon seems to have slowed down.
Not much else going on.
Earlier today this morning I performed more video shooting.
I am trying to get another TV show about Science completed for the town CATV Public-Access Channel.

I just had evening medication time.
Online I am watching a Science Documentary.
It is about the origin of our Moon.
My evening routine as an Elderly Autistic never changes.
I will also note that I have been "editing" the video I have been shooting on my computer earlier today.
0:20 minutes of TV show completed of a 0:28 minute TV show about me talking about Science.

Except for interactions with my roommate I am mute and quiet all day long as an Elderly Autistic.
I do not waste time on unnecessary audio output.
I have been in my own little world all day long as usual.
I am in my bedroom refuge and I am quietly hugging one of my plushies, ERNIE ELEPHANT.
