Tri-Cities here, and I'm not a DL. There are lots of Pacific Northwesterners here, but most seem to be in Idaho for some reason.

Welcome, @sfsjca! (I see you also posted an introduction, so I'm killing two birds with one stone, heh.)
I'm not in central WA, but rather over by Stevie, north of Seattle. I'm pretty familiar with the Wenatchee area though, and I have friends in Leavenworth and Yakima. Spent 4-1/2 years in Pullman too. I'm a Coug. Although I guess I'm going a little too far to the east now! Anyway, I hope you enjoy the site!
