Does it count if you were caught as a kid. Didn't know what I was or if it was wrong until I found this website in highschool

I said no but actually I’m not 100% sure. I suspect my parents might know, or at least have an inkling, as in hindsight my attempts to hide this as a teen weren’t great. I didn’t know computers had search history and would access ABDL sites on the shared family computer and I used to just hide my diapers under my bed. It would have been very easy for my parents to find them. My Dad did once make a comment which made me think he knew, but I played dumb and he didn’t push it so I’m not completely sure. If they did know I guess they must have decided it was harmless enough not to need to ever bring it up.

Dang! I used to search up ABDL stuff on the family computer but each of us had our own user account. But just to be safe I'd always clear my search and view history. I always kept my Diapers under my bed too, but I put mine under my mattress. As far as I know no one ever found/saw them except for my best friend who saw 1 under there when I lifted up my mattress when I was getting a new bed. We were moving my old mattress out and taking down the frame and I thought I removed all the Diapers and hid them in the closet but apparently I forgot 1. Luckily he has no problem with it as he has seen much weirder shit online due to all the porn he looks at. He said he's even come across some porn of women wearing nothing but a Diaper. Then of course there's my Aunty who knows because she walked in on me doing it. But she had no problem with it. So, as far as I know only my Friend and Aunty know. My little sister frequently caught me online Diaper Browsing and randomly going down the Diaper aisles at the store, but she was so young she probably doesn't even remember, if she does to this day she probably just thinks nothing of it.

Many times growing up in a large family.
1st time I recall was when I was 8 years old, got caught due to the diaper in my shorts slipped and was sticking out one leg hole, punished by being properly put into the diaper and nothing else for the rest of the day.
2nd time I was 9 and was made to wear only a diaper for entire week.
3rd time caught I was 11, this time I was to be stuck in diapers for an entire month and had to actually use the diaper instead of the toilet, this only lasted 3 weeks as parents realized I was enjoying it to much.
At 16 I was caught carrying 2 cases of Pampers into the house,when questioned I simply handed one case to my mom and said they where for the baby and the other case was for me.

I gout caught once when i was first into diapers at the age of 7 or 8 i was using a diaper on the toilet and my mom walked in on me i was terrified but all she did was tske the diaper and told me not to do it again (little does she know 10 years later im wearing again )

Back than Pampers where the old style wingfold, I had to tape two together to make it long enough to fit.
Mom only said well you owe more than one case of diapers, I said next paycheck I’d get her another case for the baby and another for me.
By this time mom had just accepted that I was going to be wearing a diaper, but what bothered her was when realized I was pissing my diaper and confronted me about it.

I haven't been caught but I've been so scared of getting caught that, to take the pressure off, I told my parents; my wife and some friends as they would be the ones to catch me if anyone was. Also last year I showed my therapist the photo which is my profile pic. I was worried about how she'd take it, but she looked at it and went "Awww!! That's just adorable." ^_^

Mom must have thought that was having accidents again. That afternoon when I got home from school there was a brand new package of adult diapers sitting on my bed. Mom never said anything to me about it.

I continued my activities for another couple weeks, until one evening my mom burst into my bedroom. She discovered me clearly entertaining myself in my diaper. She shut my door and never said a word about it to me. However she stopped buying me diapers from that day on.

I have not been caught. My family may know. There have been hints but I know that my kids would understand and my wife would help. Who knows what kids do when mom and dad are gone. I do have a decent hiding spot which helps. We have a logger living with us that worked at an elder care facility and her ex-husband I learned is into diapers and age play. She definitely doesn't understand which is why they are divorced today I suspect. I don't think she knows I wear diapers! So I feel pretty decent about it.

Riley Kilo!! Wow! that was a good episode of Strange Addictions for me. I just watched it. I first found Riley online back in 2008! She has a youtube channel to discuss Gender issues and SRS. Back then I had an employee that came out to me and was going through a similar situation as Riley so learning about Riley's experience with gender reassignment was really cool and helped me with my team member so that she could transition in the same job and not skip a beat. Then learning about her ABDL side was even more fantastic. Probably what got me searching to find this forum.

Unfortunately I don't have an update yet because I haven't gone to her house yet. It's not ready for guests as she is still moving in, there are tons of boxes in the back room and she is having a really tough time getting rid of my Great-Grandma's (her mother's) stuff. So, it may be a while before I'm able to go over there. But as soon as I have an update I will post it.

Thanks, glad to hear your kids and wife understand you too. IKR I watched it too. Riley Kilo was really the one that introduced me to the ABDL world. When alone at home I'd search Adult Diaper on YouTube and found her videos. At first I thought she was a bedwetter or incontinent, but later found out she was an Adult Baby. Also never would have guessed she was born a boy. I found out when they mentioned it on "My Strange Addiction". Which I have to say while I was happy that there was a special on ABDLs on TLC I was disappointed that it was called "My Strange Addiction" as being an ABDL/Wearing Diapers is not an addiction and it's not strange. It's better than being addicted to Drugs and Alcohol and we're not hurting anybody. But unfortunately it's still something that is looked down upon. Hopefully someday we ABDLs will be accepted just like the LGBTQ community!

My mom caught me twice. Once I was getting ready to put one on, and about six months later, she walked in my bedroom just as I zipped up my pants. I was 11-12 both times. It did not go well at all. She called me abnormal, threatened to tell my dad, and even threatened to put me back in diapers. Which is actually what I wanted more than anything. The second time I was wearing a girl’s Luvs and she even pointed that out. Neither were good days.

Ahh. Perhaps when she threatened you with putting you back in diapers you should have said, "You wouldn't dare".

My mother has never caught me in the act of pleasing myself, but she has caught me sitting in a wet messy diaper many times as a child, and this still goes on even today, as for when I am home I am only in my diaper and my mom stops by frequently to have coffee with my wife.
Many a day she has been over and I am sitting in my chair watching TV in only my diaper, I make no effort to hide my diaper and if I need to pee I just pee my diaper, same if I need to poop.
