Bying diapers in Thailand

Heading to Bangkok and thailand in general in June. µ
Does anyone have experience where to buy adult diapers and how the sizes are compared to Europe. I am lookingfor a good thick night diaper and some more discreets pants for day use. Also need to buy a plastic snap-on pant

All the chemists have them there, with sizes in numbers on the pack so you can figure them out.

I saw chemists everywhere.

The bigger supermarkets and general purpose walmart type stores seemed to have them too.

I think the big supermarket was Tesco and when I was there I saw a whole wall stacked of adult diapers. It was diaper heaven.
