Leon, my 7 year old cabbit never developed an interest in potty-training even at his age, Hallow my wolf pup has a bladder issue but also refuses to poop anywhere except in his diaper and Tora, my white panther cub is 6 and never potty-trained
 
Benita (though not a furry character), has had bowel incontinence all her life. Thus, she has to wear diapers, and quite enjoys it. It’s a good thing her adoptive mother Toriel is very accepting of it!

Hard to say as I pull the age shifter deal (think Kammypup, Reva the Scarf, etc.) As far as the diapered at olde rage, well, I tend to pull the damaged bladder/accident deal there.
