A quiet day.
As always I had my afternoon nap.
Quiet play with some of my baby toys.
Emotionally needing my teddy bear.
This morning I did have a long walk for exercise.
Admittedly, my Austic mind has been shutting down today.

How does it feel for your mind to shut down? I want my obsessive noise to stop!! But I can't.

Hypnosis typically doesn't have much of the effect it intends on me except for calming me down and making me relax. You could try that, or do something that may seem very boring and one-dimensional that you did a long time ago as a kid but can't fathom yourself finding enjoyment out of now. Ex. play with toys. Playing with legos on the floor has helped me shut out the noise and just return to a simpler mind, while also helping make life more enjoyable and remove the boring aspect of adult life where every day feels the same and is gray. Has also helped me have more dreams that I can remember, as novelty is the #1 factor of having dreams.
